JP Immobilien-Gruppe is an Austrian real estate developer and hotel operator, active across marketing, investment, development, and hospitality.
According to Wolf Theiss, located in Vienna’s cultural district, the 216-room hotel is leased long-term to KNSA Hospitality. WertInvest focuses on premium properties in prime urban locations, with a long-standing presence in the Vienna market.
