Brandl Talos has advised VitreaLab on its USD 11 million Series A financing round led by LIFTT and LIFTT EuroInvest. Act Legal, working with Sani Zangrando, advised LIFTT and LIFTT EuroInvest.
XISTA Science Ventures, Constructor Capital, AWS Gruendungsfonds, Gateway Ventures, PhotonVentures, Moveon Technologies, and Hermann Hauser Investment also participated in the round.
According to Brandl Talos, VitreaLab is developing next-generation AR display systems based on its proprietary Quantum Light Chip technology, which aims to overcome long-standing technical limitations in light engines for AR glasses. The new funding will support further development and commercialization of its technology.
