Wolf Theiss has advised Rheinmetall on its joint venture with Vazovski Mashinostroitelni Zavodi for the development and manufacture of artillery shells and energetic materials in Bulgaria.
According to Wolf Theiss, the venture is expected to strengthen the country’s NATO-compatible capabilities, expand domestic production capacity, create high-skilled jobs, and position Bulgaria as a regional hub for advanced defense technologies.
The Wolf Theiss team included Partner Richard Clegg and Senior Associate Boryana Filimonova.
