CMS and DPC Advise on Waracle's Acquisition of HackSoft

CMS has advised Waracle on its acquisition of Bulgarian software development company HackSoft. Dimitrov Petrov & Co advised HackSoft.

According to CMS, founded in 2017, HackSoft has grown into a 55-person engineering group known for its software development capabilities and team culture. The acquisition strengthens Waracle’s growth strategy by adding a Sofia-based development centre to its existing UK operations.

The CMS team included Sofia-based Managing Partner Kostadin Sirleshtov, Partner Borislava Piperkova, Senior Associates Yavor Danailov, Frazer Blair, and Viktoriya Dimitrova, Associates Stoyana Petrova and Andrea Andreev, and Trainees Rosen Kostadinov and Pavel Chaveev, as well as further team members in Edinburgh.

The DPC team included Managing Partner Zoya Todorova, Partner Radina Tomanova, and Senior Associate Ana-Mari Eremieva.
