CMS Advises Enka on Launch of Kameno Photovoltaic Project's Commercial Operations in Bulgaria

CMS has advised Enka on the commencement of commercial operations of the Kameno photovoltaic project in Bulgaria. 

According to CMS, the 45-megawatt-peak project, developed by Enka's subsidiary Town Up 8, entered operation on December 21, 2025, and is located in the town of Kameno. Once fully operational, the plant is expected to generate approximately 63 gigawatt-hours of electricity annually and was developed on a total area of around 470,000 square meters.

In 2024, CMS advised Enka on the licensing other the project (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 29, 2024). In 2023, CMS advised Enka on its initial EUR 8.4 million acquisition of the Town Up 8 company and its photovoltaic project (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 3, 2023).
