Andersen Advises TAV Georgia on USD 150 Million Investment Agreement for Tbilisi International Airport

Andersen has advised Groupe ADP member TAV Georgia on its agreement with United Airports of Georgia to invest approximately USD 150 million in the next phase of development of Tbilisi International Airport.

TAV Georgia operates both Tbilisi International Airport and Batumi International Airport.

According to Andersen, the agreement extends TAV Georgia’s concession for the operation of Tbilisi International Airport through 2031 and launches a comprehensive development program aimed at expanding airport capacity, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall passenger experience. The investment is intended to support Tbilisi’s continued development as a regional aviation hub.

The Andersen team included Managing Partner Archil Giorgadze, Co-Founder Nicola Mariani, Partner Tamar Jikia, Senior Associate Teona Sesitashvili, and Legal Director Lasha Machavariani.
