Havel & Partners has advised the Czechoslovak Capital Partners investment group on the acquisition of five properties in Hradec Kralove.
According to the firm, the five assets are located in the city's historic center and the investment was made in the form of a share deal.
Czechoslovak Capital Partners has been active in the investment market since 2012. Since its establishment, the CSCP Group has invested more than CZK 3 billion.
The Havel & Partners team was led by Senior Associate Tomas Navratil and Legal Expert Ondrej Falta.
