Havel & Partners has advised Arriva on a purchase agreement with Skoda Transportation for the delivery of 22 new railway units.
Arriva is a European transport group. According to Havel & Partners, the new train units, still to be developed and approved, are expected to become the fastest purely Czech trains operating on national tracks, with a maximum speed of up to 200 kilometers per hour. They are scheduled to be deployed starting in 2028.
