Tomas Kafka Joins Dentons as Partner

Tomas Kafka has joined Dentons' Prague office as a Capital Markets Partner.

Before joining Dentons, Kafka worked for A&O Shearman as a Paralegal from 2013 to 2014, a Junior Lawyer from 2014 to 2018, an Associate from 2018 to 2022, and as a Senior Associate from 2022 to 2025.

“With extensive experience advising on both domestic and cross-border debt capital markets transactions, Tomas’s arrival significantly enhances our capabilities in this strategically important area,” said Head of the Energy/Infrastructure practice and Co-Head of the Corporate/M&A practice in Dentons’ Prague office Petr Zakoucky. “His proven track record in advising financial institutions as well as corporate and sovereign issuers on complex bond structures and regulatory matters will bring real added value to our clients.”
