A&O Shearman and Glatzova & Co Advise on Enetiqa's Refinancing

A&O Shearman has advised Komercni Banka and other financing banks on the refinancing of the Enetiqa group through a new facility totalling CZK 3 billion. Glatzova & Co advised Enetiqa.

Enetiqa comprises 19 companies operating in 15 cities across the Czech Republic. Since late 2022, the group has been owned by Enetiqa Energy, which forms part of Cube Infrastructure Managers, an independent investment group specialising in medium-sized infrastructure projects.

According to A&O Shearman, the financing enables the refinancing of existing liabilities across selected operating companies within the Enetiqa group and provides a flexible framework for future investments, including infrastructure modernization and environmentally sustainable energy solutions.

The A&O Shearman team included Partner Petr Vybiral, Senior Associates Pavel Prihoda and Barbara Midova, and Junior Lawyers Jan Tocik and Jan Brzezina.

The Glatzova & Co team included Counsel Jarmila Tornova.
