Kinstellar and DLA Piper Advise on Cresco's Acquisition of Residential Development Project in Prague’s Zizkov District

Kinstellar has advised Cresco on the acquisition of a residential development project in Prague’s Zizkov district from Finep. DLA Piper advised Finep.

According to Kinstellar, the project is located in the former freight railway station area in Zizkov and is planned to deliver more than 1,000 new residential units, forming part of the wider redevelopment of this significant brownfield site.

The Kinstellar team included Partner Klara Stepankova, Managing Associate Radim Kotlaba, and Senior Associates Matej Bolek and Katarína Jendzelovska.

The DLA Piper team included Partner Michal Hink, Counsel David Padysak, and Junior Associate Hana Avdibegovic.
