Wolf Theiss Advises DCC on Acquisition of Flaga Liquid Gas Businesses in Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia

Wolf Theiss has advised DCC on the acquisition of UGI International's Flaga-branded liquid gas businesses in Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, which together serve approximately 12,000 customers.

The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.

According to Wolf Theiss, the transaction involves the purchase of three liquid gas businesses operating under the Flaga brand across the three jurisdictions. 

The Wolf Theiss team included Hungary-based Partner Zoltan Faludi, Senior Associates Miriam Fuchs and Marietta Molnar, and Associates Tamas Pal and Virag Locsei, Czech Republic-based Counsel Michal Matous and Senior Associate Maros Kandrik, and Slovakia-based Partner Bruno Stefanik and Senior Associate Vladimir Simkovic.
