RTPR and PNSA Advise on Arobs’ Acquisition of Enea Services Romania

Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu has advised Arobs Transilvania Software on its EUR 17.9 million acquisition of Enea Services Romania from the Swedish Enea group. Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii advised the seller.

Arobs is a Bucharest Stock Exchange-listed Romanian company, providing software services and solutions for industries. Enea specializes in software for telecommunications and cybersecurity worldwide. Enea Services Romania provides software development services.

"Arobs will strengthen its Software Services division by integrating approximately 160 employees into the group and will further strengthen its presence locally and in the USA while expanding its customer portfolio in the European and American market," PNSA informed.

"In Arobs we have found the ideal home for Enea’s Software Development Services business," Enea President and Chief Executive Officer Jan Haglund commented. "The divested business will be able to leverage Arobs’ significant international services organization to deliver further value to customers across multiple domains. Arobs will also become a valued supplier of software services to Enea. With this divestment, Enea enhances its focus as a specialist in software products for telecom and cybersecurity, where we see opportunities to challenge established competitors and win market share."
