Vukmir + Associates, working with Niederer Kraft Frey and Lupp & Partner, has advised Helsana on its acquisition of Adcubum from TA Associates. Baer & Karrer reportedly advised TA Associates.
Helsana Group, based in Duebendorf, Switzerland, is an insurance group with approximately CHF 8.2 billion in premium volume and around 3,400 employees.
Adcubum is a St. Gallen-headquartered software company specializing in solutions for the health and accident insurance sector. It will continue to operate independently following the acquisition.
