ODI Law and CMS Advise on GrECo's Acquisition of SIPOS in Slovenia

ODI Law has advised GrECo on its acquisition of SIPOS Posredovanje Zavarovanj. CMS advised the sellers, Jurij and Majda Mravlja.

According to ODI Law, GrECo is a Vienna-headquartered regional leader in risk and insurance management solutions. The transaction marks a major step for GrECo, making it the market leader in corporate broking in Slovenia and reinforcing its regional presence across Central and Southeastern Europe, following recent expansions into Greece, Cyprus, North Macedonia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Founded in 2006 by Jurij Mravlja, SIPOS is a family-owned broker that, according to ODI Law, is recognized for its expertise in public tenders, hospital insurance, and industrial segments.
