ZSP Advokati, working with Kuzmanovic & Associates, has advised Unija ETL on its acquisition of a majority stake in Ekonomik Accountants. Keker, Bujkovic & Pejovic advised the sellers.
According to ZSP Advokati, the transaction strengthens Unija ETL’s presence in Montenegro and further expands its regional footprint. The acquisition combines Ekonomik Accountants’ strong local expertise with Unija ETL’s broader international platform, as part of the ETL Global network.
