According to Sorainen, Edicy owns Voog, a no-code website-building and e-commerce platform with approximately 5,000 clients, focused on providing a user-friendly solution for creating and managing websites. Under the transaction, Erply aims to further develop the platform and expand its offering, including entry into the US market, while continuing cooperation with the existing team.
The Sorainen team included Partner Piret Jesse, Counsel Robin Teever, and Associate Meri-Ly Karjus-Mustafayev.
