Zepos & Yannopoulos has advised Anedik Kritikos on the sale of 100% of its share capital to Diamantis Masoutis.
According to Zepos & Yannopoulos, the transaction is expected to create a new national retail group in Greece, subject to approval by the Hellenic Competition Commission. The transaction brings together two established regional players with complementary geographic footprints, marking a strategically significant development for Greece’s food and beverage retail sector and reshaping competitive dynamics nationwide.
The Zepos & Yannopoulos team included Partners Stefanos Charaktiniotis, Daphne Cozonis, Ioanna Tapeinou, Violeta Panagiotopoulou, Maria Zoupa, and Stamatis Drakakakis and Senior Associate Maria Bozinaki.
