Triniti has advised Amserv Group and its Latvian subsidiaries on the sale of the Amserv Krasta and Amserv Liepaja car dealerships to the Net Lease for Future Fund with Amserv retaining long-term operational control under a sale-and-leaseback structure. Eversheds Sutherland reportedly advised Net Lease for Future Fund.
According to Triniti, the transaction enables Amserv, a Baltic automotive retail group representing brands including Toyota, Lexus, Opel, and Peugeot, to unlock capital tied up in real estate while maintaining business continuity at both locations. Net Lease for Future Fund is a CEE-focused real estate investment fund managed by Nuve Partners.
The Triniti team included Estonia-based Partner Siim Maripuu, Associate Partner Valter Vohma, Senior Associates Mikk Pold and Ain Kalme, and Junior Associates Janel Jan-Marcus Lohvart and Siim Reineberg and Latvia-based Partner Ugis Treilons and Associate Sandis Saulitis.
