Walless has advised Lithuanian real estate developer K2 LT on the sale of its subsidiary Rekviem LT, including the disposal of a farewell home in Kaunas and 100% of the shares in the company, via a transaction valued at EUR 4 million.
According to Walless, proceeds from the transaction will be used to finance new development projects and to fund a share buyback, allowing interested shareholders to realize their investment while supporting the company's next phase of growth.
The Walless team included Partner Povilas Zukauskas, Associate Partners Liucija Bitinaite and Alma Monkeviciene, and Senior Associate Ruta Stasiuliene.
