Sorainen Advises PKO Bank Polski on Establishing Representative Office in Lithuania

Sorainen has advised Poland's PKO Bank Polski on the establishment of a representative office in Lithuania.

According to Sorainen, the new representative office forms part of PKO Bank Polski's broader international expansion strategy, under which the bank plans to open eight new foreign units by 2027, comprising four branches and four representative offices. 

The Sorainen team included Partners Augustas Klezys, Tomas Kontautas, and Evaldas Dudonis, Counsel Vitalija Impoleviciene, Agniete Venckiene, Karolis Kunigelis, and Stasys Drazdauskas, and Associates Radvile Kvederaite, Greta Sumskyte, Izabele Sekaite, and Beatrice Zubyte.
