Tegos has promoted Karolina Lapinskaite to Partner in its office in Lithuania.
Lapinskaite focuses on baking and finance. She joined the firm in 2019 as an Associate. She was promoted to Senior Associate in 2020 and Associate Partner in 2023.
Earlier, she worked for Lewben Investment Management as an Associate from 2018 to 2019 and for Siauliu Bankas as a Legal Counsel from 2016 to 2018. Earlier still, she worked for SEB Lietuvoje as a Lawyer from 2013 to 2016 and for Nordea Bank Finland Lithuania Branch as a Lawyer in 2013.
