BDK Advokati has advised HillMetrics on its acquisition of Bild Studio.
Bild Studio is a Montenegro-based IT company specializing in web and mobile application development and the implementation of generative AI solutions.
According to BDK Adviokati, the deal supports HillMetrics’ strategy to consolidate its position in financial analysis and data management solutions and strengthen its ambitions in software engineering and data intelligence.
The BDK Advokati team included Senior Partner Luka Popovic and Associate Marija Ksenija Popovic.
