BDK Advokati has advised Volcano Bet on its acquisition of IN Export Krusevac.
Volcano Bet, part of the Montenegro-founded Vezuv group, operates across Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia & Herzegovina, offering sports betting, online casino, and virtual gaming.
IN Export Krusevac is a licensed Serbian gambling operator established in 2001. According to BDK Advokati, the company employs nearly 300 people and operates a nationwide network of betting outlets.
The BDK Advokati team included Senior Partner Vladimir Dasic and Associate Milan Popovic.
BDK Advokati could not provide additional information on the matter.
