Sorainen has promoted Violeta Zeppa-Priedite, Jonas Kiauleikis, and Vaiva Masidlauskiene to Partner.
Latvia-based Zeppa-Priedite focuses on dispute resolution and white-collar crime investigations. She has been with Sorainen since 2021, when she joined as an Attorney at Law. Earlier, she worked for TGS Baltic as an Attorney at Law from 2019 to 2021.
Lithuania-based Kiauleikis focuses on M&A and TMT. He has been with the firm since 2015, when he joined as a Senior Associate before becoming a Counsel in 2021. Earlier, he worked for Borenius as a Senior Associate from 2010 to 2015. Earlier still, he worked for Foigt & Partners as an Associate from 2005 to 2010.
Masidlauskiene, based in Lithuania as well, focuses on international trade, compliance, commercial, and transport law. She joined Sorainen as an Attorney at Law in 2014.
