Ellex has promoted Marta Cera to Partner in its office in Latvia.
According to Ellex, in her new position, Cera will "continue to co-lead the firm's banking and finance practice group with the aim of promoting further development of the practice group and strengthening its position in the Baltics."
Cera joined Ellex in 2017 as an Associate and was promoted to a Senior Associate in 2020 and Associate Partner in 2023. Earlier, she worked for Deloitte Legal as an Associate from 2016 to 2017 and for PwC Legal as an Associate from 2013 to 2016.
