Bernd Taucher Corporate Advisory law firm has opened for business in Vienna.
The law firm was founded by Bernd Taucher, who focuses his practice on M&A and corporate finance. Before setting up Bernd Taucher Corporate Advisory, Taucher spent 20 years with Graf Patsch Taucher as a Partner from 2006 to 2026. Earlier, he worked as an Attorney at Law for Cerha Hempel from 1999 to 2006.
"I will support clients like a perfectly positioned sparring partner, pragmatically, economically, and reliably," Taucher commented. "It will be a modern, entrepreneurially oriented unit for corporate, financing, and M&A consulting. Clients should be able to make decisions faster, more confidently, and with real added value. Consulting must create solutions and reduce complexity."
According to the firm, Bernd Taucher Corporate Advisory will focus on "M&A transactions, financing, corporate law, reorganization, and strategic commercial law advice for entrepreneurs, owners, and investors."
