Katarzyna Sulimierska has joined the Warsaw office of Schoenherr as a Partner and the new Head of the firm's local Real Estate practice.

She joins from Hogan Lovells. Schoenherr describes Sulimierska as having "an excellent track record in real estate law with an additional focus on environmental law. She graduated from the University of Warsaw and received a doctorate in environmental law from the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw."

"I am delighted to welcome Katarzyna to our Warsaw office," commented Partner Pawel Halwa. "Bringing in more than 14 years' experience in representing and advising major investors in the real estate sector, she is a perfect fit for our dynamic and rapidly growing practice. Under her lead, we are certain the local real estate team will continue to thrive and build upon its excellent legal advisory in Poland."
