Eversheds Sutherland has advised Parker Hannifin’s Polish branch on the sale of its premises and transfer of its operations to a newly leased Oxygen Project property.

According to the firm, the signing of a five-year lease contract for office and warehouse space with Oxygen Project was the last stage of a relocation process that lasted for 18 months and included the sale of Parker Hannifin’s previously owned location.

Headquartered in the United States, Parker Hannifin specializes in motion and control technologies and is present in 50 countries around the world.

"Selling [our] current premises and moving into professional leased office space follows our Win Strategy objectives by creating a customer and team friendly and accessible environment," commented Parker Hannifin Customer Service Manager Piotr Dziekanski. "A cross-functional team of experts from Parker Hannifin Sales CEE has been involved in the transition."

The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Of Counsel Krzysztof Feluch and Associate Grzegorz Witczymiszyn, and included Of Counsel Agnieszka Wierzbicka and Paralegal Piotr Wisniewski.

Eversheds Sutherland was unable to disclose further information on the deal.
