Linklaters has advised CBRE Investment Management on the acquisition of 7R Park Poznan East and 7R Park Sosnowiec from 7R.

According to Linklaters, 7R Park Poznan East and 7R Park Sosnowiec consist of 44,844 square meters of modern eco-friendly buildings and have access to trans-European transport networks.

CBRE Investment Management specializes in commercial real estate services and investments and operates in over 100 countries with 100,000 employees.

"This off-market transaction was a rare opportunity to acquire an institutional-quality logistics portfolio in Poland, providing access to two increasingly attractive Polish submarkets," CBRE Investment Management Transaction Manager Wojciech Szymaniuk commented. "Poland’s ongoing strong economic growth is set to create a heightened demand for well-located and high-quality logistics space in the years ahead, as the logistics sector continues to prove its resilience across a number of our core jurisdictions."

The Linklaters team was led by Senior Associate Jedrzej Palka and included Partner Janusz Dzianachowski and Junior Associate Katarzyna Grodzka.

Linklaters did not respond to our inquiry on the matter.
