Addleshaw Goddard has promoted Monika Krzyszkowska-Dabrowska and Joanna Gawlicka to Partner at their office in Poland.
Earlier this year, Addleshaw Goddard entered the Polish Market with the addition of Linklaters Warsaw office (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 18, 2025).
Before making Partner, Krzyszkowska-Dabrowska has been the Head of Employment Practice with Linklaters since 2018, when she joined as a Managing Associate and was promoted to Counsel in 2021. Earlier, she worked for SK&S as a Senior Counsel between 2012 and 2018 and with PwC as a Senior Lawyer between 2009 and 2012. Earlier still, she worked for Bartlomiej Raczkowski as a Lawyer between 2007 and 2009 and had another stint with SK&S as a Lawyer between 2004 and 2007. She began her career working as a Lawyer for Gide between 2002 and 2004.
Before the promotion, Gawlicka worked for Linklaters as a Counsel, between 2005 and 2025. Earlier, she worked for CMS as an Associate between 2001 and 2005.
