Schoenherr has advised mBank on the financing of the acquisition of Rolfroz by the team of Cedo Capital. MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haladyj i Wspolnicy advised Cedo Capital. MFW Fialek advised the owners of Rolfroz on the sale.
According to Schoenherr, "for over 30 years, Rolfroz has been a leading Polish player in vegetable and fruit processing, including sterilized and salad vegetables, concentrates, purees, and pickled vegetables for the food industry. The acquisition marks the successful conclusion of Cedo Capital's search process. Under the search fund model, the objective is to identify strong family-owned businesses at a key succession stage, where the energy, skills, and vision of a new leader can inject fresh momentum into the company's growth. The takeover of Rolfroz is a prime example of this approach."
