Wardynski & Partners has advised CNC Holding on the acquisition of a mushroom-substrate production facility from Kompostpal in Poland.
According to Wardynski & Partners, the deal, structured as an asset purchase in two stages, expands CNC Holding's Polish footprint and production capacity. Sun European Partners-backed CNC is one of Europe's largest suppliers of substrates for mushroom growing, operating in the Netherlands and Poland. Sun European Partners is a long-standing private investment adviser with a buy-and-build focus.
