Rymarz Zdort Maruta has advised Dadelo on the establishment of a PLN 100 million bond issue program and the company’s debut issuance of PLN 50 million unsecured three-year bonds.
Trigon Dom Maklerski was the sole arranger and bookrunner.
Dadelo specializes in the online sale of bicycles, parts, and accessories via CentrumRowerowe.pl.
According to Rymarz Zdort Maruta, under the program, Dadelo completed an initial PLN 50 million tranche of unsecured notes maturing in three years. The proceeds will support the implementation of Dadelo’s strategy, principally the expansion of brick-and-mortar CentrumRowerowe.pl stores and further strengthening of its omnichannel model that connects Poland’s largest bicycle shops with a leading e-commerce platform.
