White & Case Advises Joint Lead Managers on mBank’s EUR 500 Million Senior Non-Preferred Green Notes Issuance

White & Case has advised a consortium of joint lead managers on the issuance of EUR 500 million senior non-preferred green notes by mBank. Allen Overy Shearman Sterling reportedly advised mBank.

According to White & Case, the joint lead managers included Commerzbank, Banco Santander, BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Europe, and J.P. Morgan. The notes, bearing interest at 3.7714% per annum and maturing in 2032, were issued under mBank’s EUR 5 billion Euro Medium Term Note Program and are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
