JDP Drapala & Partners Changes Name to JDP Drapala Chomiuk & Partners and Wojciech Bazan Becomes Shareholder

JDP Drapala & Partners has expanded its partnership structure with Partner Wojciech Bazan becoming a shareholder of the firm. Additionally, the firm has changed its name to JDP Drapala Chomiuk & Partners.

Bazan is a Partner in the firm’s litigation and arbitration team and infrastructure team. He joined the firm in 2015 as an Associate and became a Senior Associate in 2019, a Counsel in 2020, and a Partner in 2021. Earlier, he worked for SK&S as a Junior Associate from 2012 to 2015.

“Wojciech’s promotion to shareholder of our law firm further confirms JDP’s consistent strategy of organic growth that we have been pursuing over the recent years," commented Managing Partner Przemysław Drapala. "The change in the shareholder structure strengthens the firm in areas that are key from the perspective of our clients, while maintaining a stable management model and clear strategic growth direction."

Additionally, the firm changed its name from JDP Drapala & Partners to JDP Drapala Chomiuk & Partners. According to the firm, the new name reflects the firm’s partnership model and shared leadership structure, as well as the strengthening of stable leadership across its key practice areas in recent years.
