CK Legal Chabasiewicz Kowalska, working with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, has advised BEIT on a company flip and a subsequent EUR 1.5 million investment agreement with the European Innovation Council Fund.

According to CK Legal, the transaction involved the relocation of BEIT’s corporate structure from the United States to Poland, followed by an equity investment by EICF, a venture capital fund operating under the European Innovation Council and focused on backing selected European startups and scale-ups, particularly in the deep-tech sector. The investment strengthens BEIT’s capital base and supports its further development in Europe. BEIT operates at the intersection of science and business, using advanced molecular simulations to support the discovery of new drugs.

The CK Legal team included Partner Agata Kowalska, Head of Corporate Arkadiusz Krokowski, Senior Counsel Tomasz Maslak, and Associate Klaudia Zieba.
