Rymarz Zdort Maruta, working with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Stibbe, has advised Grant Thornton Advisors on the addition of Grant Thornton Polska to its multinational platform, which was formed in 2025 with the support of a group of investors led by New Mountain Capital. MFW Fialek advised Grant Thornton Polska.
According to Rymarz Zdort Maruta, as a result of the transaction, the Grant Thornton Advisors platform strengthens its presence in Eastern Europe, while Grant Thornton Polska gains the opportunity to accelerate its growth in the local market. Through the integration, the platform adds more than 1,200 professionals and approximately USD 70 million (PLN 249 million) in annual revenue.
