Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen, working alongside Armstrong Teasdale, has advised Insight Enterprises on its acquisition of Amdaris.
Insight Enterprises is an Arizona-based publicly traded solutions integrator.
Amdaris is a software development and digital services company based in the UK, with offices in Bristol, Chisinau, Timisoara and Bucharest, Sofia, Odessa, and Dubai.
According to NNDKP, "with the acquisition of Amdaris, Insight Enterprises will expand its solutions portfolio and IT supply chain capabilities to include innovative software development, application support, managed services, and consultancy services."
The NNDKP team included Partner Razvan Vlad and Senior Associate Vlad Anghel.
The firm could not provide additional information on the matter.
