Former Counsels Andrei Croitoru and Iustina Oblu have been appointed as Partners with Act Botezatu Estrade Partners.
Croitoru became a Partner in the firm's Compliance, Sensitive Investigations, and White-Collar Crime practice. He has been with the team since 2017 and had previously spent four years with Zamfirescu Racoti & Partners.
Oblu became a Partner in the Real Estate and Regulatory practices of Act Legal Romania. She has been with the firm since 2016 and had previously spent over four years with Schoenherr.
