Nyerges & Partners Advises on Sale of Wind Project Portfolio to OX2

Nyerges & Partners has advised Cristian Barbu and Future Power on the sale of a 235-megawatt portfolio of wind projects to OX2. Dentons reportedly advised OX2.

According to Nyerges & Partners, the three projects, located in the Vaslui and Vrancea counties, are scheduled for commissioning between 2028 and 2030. The portfolio forms part of OX2’s continued expansion in Romania’s renewable energy market.

The Nyerges & Partners team included Managing Partner Mihaela Nyerges, Counsel Monica Cune-Ghitescu, and Managing Associate Larisa-Alexandra Nicolae.
