Vlasceanu & Partners Advises Econergy on EUR 25 Million Financing of Scurtu Mare Photovoltaic Project

Vlasceanu & Partners advised Alternativ Investment Solutions, part of the Econergy group, on a EUR 25 million project financing package from Vista Bank Romania for the development of the 56-megawatt Scurtu Mare photovoltaic project.

According to Vlasceanu & Partners, the financing supports the construction of a new solar park that will contribute to Romania’s expanding renewable energy generation capacity.

The Vlasceanu & Partners team included Partner Loredana Vlasceanu and Counsels Madalina Mailat and Mihaela Farin.
