Stankovic & Partners has promoted Sara Pendjer, Mitar Simonovic, and Ivan Nikolic to Junior Partner.
Pendjer focuses on dispute resolution, employment, restructuring, frauds, and contracts. She has been with Stankovic & Partners since 2011, first joining as a Legal Trainee. Later on, she was promoted to Junior Associate in 2013, an Associate in 2016, a Senior Associate in 2019, and Counsel in 2023.
Simonovic focuses on competition law, corporate investigations, litigation and arbitration, as well as commercial and employment. He has been with the firm since 2019 when he joined as an Associate. He was promoted to Senior Associate in 2022 and Counsel in 2025.
Ivan Nikolic focuses his practice on dispute resolution, arbitration, bankruptcy, enforcement proceedings, real estate law, and transportation law. He joined Stankovic & Partners as a Senior Associate in 2023 and became a Counsel in 2025. Earlier, he worked for Kinstellar's legacy firm Samardzic, Oreski & Grbovic as a Senior Associate from 2017 to 2023. Earlier still, he worked for BDK Advokati as an Associate from 2010 to 2015 and as a Senior Associate from 2015 to 2017. Nikolic began his career working for the office of Miroslav Nikolic as an Apprentice Lawyer from 2006 to 2009.
