Karanovic & Partners has advised Czechoslovak Group on its acquisition of a majority stake in Belgrade-based aerospace technology company Must Solutions. Zecevic & Lukic reportedly advised the seller.
According to Karanovic & Partners, the transaction supports CSG’s strategic expansion into the unmanned aerial systems sector. Must Solutions specialises in the development and production of propulsion systems for unmanned aerial vehicles, including turbojet and turbofan engines. The acquisition is expected to strengthen CSG’s technological capabilities in advanced UAS components.
The Karanovic & Partners team included Senior Partner Milos Vuckovic, Partner Sava Draca, and Junior Associate Kristijan Nikolic.
