Paksoy has advised Borusan Next on its acquisition of Carvak, making Borusan Next the company's sole shareholder in Turkiye.
According to Paksoy, post-closing integration is expected to benefit from Carvak's technological infrastructure and sector experience, with service standards anticipated to be further elevated.
The Paksoy team included Partners Nazli Bezirci and Togan Turan, Senior Associate Melisa Sevinc Atilganer, and Associates Sabahattin Oztemiz and Selen Toma.
