Nilgun Serdar Simsek and Nur Duygu Bozkurt have joined Tunc Firat Dereli as Partners.
Simsek specializes in corporate and M&A. Before joining the firm, she worked at Karadeniz Holding as the Executive Legal Director from 2023 to 2026 and as a freelance Of Counsel in 2023. Earlier, she worked at PwC Turkiye as a Director from 1999 to 2012 and as a Partner from 2012 to 2023, during which period she also helmed the PwC-affiliated law firm in the country. Earlier still, she worked at Utky & Sezgin as a Lawyer from 1998 to 1999.
Bozkurt focuses on competition and regulatory compliance. Before joining the firm, she worked at Akol as a Senior Associate from 2024 to 2026 and at Moral & Partners as an Associate from 2018 to 2021 and as a Senior Associate from 2018 to 2024. Earlier, she worked at Paksoy as a Legal Intern from 2014 to 2015 and as an Associate from 2015 to 2018.
