Norton Rose Fulbright Advises Panattoni on Construction of Logistics Hub for Hermes Fulfilment

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Panattoni Europe on the construction of a Polish logistics center for Hermes Fulfilment.

According to Norton Rose Fulbright, the 150,000 square-meter logistics hub will be built in Ilowa, in Western Poland, and will be Hermes’ second-largest hub in Europe. "The facility will be used for the order picking operations of the e-commerce companies of the Otto Group and for value-added services," the firm informed.

Panattoni Europe is an industrial space developer providing local businesses with multi-functional warehouse facilities.

Otto Group company Hermes Fulfilment is a Hamburg-based logistics service provider. The Otto Group operates in the retail sector and is present in over 30 countries.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by Partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz.
