Integrites has initiated an antidumping investigation on behalf of Ukratlantik LLC and Hydroprom LLC, targeting imports of electric storage water heaters from China into Ukraine.
According to Integrites, a complaint was submitted to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, presenting evidence that Chinese imports were being sold at dumped prices, leading to a significant increase in volume and causing material injury to domestic manufacturers. The complaint also highlighted the continued threat of increased dumped imports due to the PRC’s significant production and export capacity.
