Avellum has advised Enselco Holding Limited on its acquisition of the Agro-Region group of companies. OMP advised the sellers.
According to Avellum, the Agro-Region group is an integrated agricultural business with a land bank of approximately 41,000 hectares located across the Kyiv, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, and Khmelnytskyi regions of Ukraine. Its operations are organized into three production clusters. Enselco is a group of agricultural companies operating primarily in the Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil regions, specializing in the cultivation of grain and oilseed crops.
The Avellum team included Partner Yuriy Nechayev, Managing Associate Maryna Buinytska, and Associate Anastasiia Tartak.
The OMP team included Managing Partner Mykola Orlov and Counsel Mykola Chemezov.
