Sorainen Advises Livonia Partners on Sale of Majority Stake in Glassense to Barrus

Sorainen has advised Livonia Partners on the sale of its majority stake in Glassense to Barrus.

Livonia Partners is a pan-Baltic private equity firm currently investing from a EUR 157 million fund.

According to Sorainen, Glassense is a leading Baltic glass manufacturer and the largest producer of insulated glass units, facades, and interior glass solutions in the Baltics and Nordics. The company was formed in 2022 through the merger of Klaasimeister and Baltiklaas, when Livonia Partners became the majority shareholder and Barrus a minority shareholder.

The Sorainen team included Partner Toomas Prangli, Counsel Piret Lappert, and Senior Associate Kristi Tammiku.
